It is quite natural for the students to get anxious or stressed out before exams, in both cases, whether they have fared well the whole year or not. Certain ways have to be looked out to relieve the stress, and instil confidence among students. I have tried to jot down some of the points based on my personal experience as a student and of others as well. Let’s see which of these works best for you.
- aking private classes for a particular subject- if you find that a subject is unusually hard to grasp or learn, it is better to take private classes for the same, so that your teacher can provide summary of the important lessons which is comparatively easy to remember and revise.
- Relax and trust- the best way out is to trust God and relax your body and mind, for neither you have a control on anything before, or after your exams. Be sure you have done your part well.
- Take a mock test- it is always advisable that before sitting for the actual exam, try your hand at a mock test of similar duration and marks, like the actual exam. By doing this, you can come to know where you stand when it comes to taking an exam. This will boost up your confidence, thereby, lessening the exam pressure and anxiety.
